I. Title. Gaming Table Giveaway

II. Operation. This giveaway is operated by Ravenkeep Productions, LLC. Ravenkeep can be reached at info@Ravenkeep.net.

III. Statement Regarding Purchase. No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway and purchases do not increase odds of winning. 

IV. Prize. The prize for the Gaming Table Giveaway is one of the “as-is” tables from Carolina Game Tables available at the time of the drawing of a maximum value $1,299. Drawing for the winner will take place after the Tales of Rabivania action figure Kickstarter campaign if and only if at least 500 people sign up to the text list AND the campaign raises at least 1.2 million dollars (USD). If the campaign does not reach $1.2 million, no drawing or giveaway will take place. The giveaway will be null and void. Winner will be notified by text message. To be eligible to win, the winner must be subscribed to the Ravenkeep text message list at the conclusion of the Tales of Rabivania action figure campaign and at the time of the drawing. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.

V. Eligibility. To be eligible to win, winner must reside in the "lower 48" United States. This promotional giveaway is void in other jurisdictions. Void where prohibited. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter. By entering this competition, entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alabama. The owners of Ravenkeep Productions and anyone contracted to work on "The Cultists" and their families are not eligible to win.

VI. Notification of Crowdfunding Campaign Launch. Entrants will be notified of the launch of The Tales of Rabivania crowdfunding campaign through text message. They will also receive updates in the lead-up to the campaign, during and following the regarding the campaign's progress and other Ravenkeep projects.

VII. How to Enter. This giveaway must be entered by text messaging the Ravenkeep text message list at +12059645403 and accepting text messages. Entrants cannot enter via “bot” or any other service or method that automatically enters participants. Any such entries are void and not eligible to win.

VIII. Winner Selection. Winner will be randomly chosen from among the members of the text list, should the Tales of Rabivania action figure Kickstarter campaign raise $1.2 million or more AND at least 500 people sign up for the text list. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries.

IX. Winner Notification. Winner may be announced live during events associated with the launch of “The Tales of Rabivania” action figure crowdfunding campaign. Winner will be contacted by text at the number used to join the text message list. If the winner does not respond within two weeks, the prize will be declared unclaimed and the winner will no longer receive the prize. At its option, Ravenkeep Productions LLC, may draw for another winner.

X. Ravenkeep Productions, LLC will not share the phone numbers collected a result of this giveaway with any third party. Because entries into this giveaway are taken through the Community text-message service, please also see Community’s privacy policies. Ravenkeep Productions is not responsible for Community’s actions or activities, or the action or activities of any third party.

XI. Limitation of Liability. Ravenkeep Productions reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice for any reason, but especially in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the control of Ravenkeep Productions. Ravenkeep Productions is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

XII. Social Network Disclaimers. This giveaway is not associated with or sponsored by any social network. No social network is responsible for the giveaway in any way.

XIII. Winner List. The winner of the drawing may be announced publicly during the Tales of Rabivania action figure campaign launch events, but may also be obtained by emailing info@ravenkeep.net for 28 days after the drawing.
